Амбасадор САД у Приштини Џефри Ховенијер саопштио је да европски предлог о нормализацији ни у једној од 11 тачака не говори о томе да је Србија дужна да уклони Косово и Метохију из свог Устава.
„Нисам видео да се ово питање покреће кроз 11 тачака европског предлога, тако да не верујем да је оно специфичан елемент тренутних разговора“, рекао је Ховенијер, преноси АТВ.
Он је истакао да су дугорочна америчка и европска визија да се такозвано Косово интегрише у европске и евроатлантске структуре, као и Србија.
По његовом мишљењу, признање такозваног Косова може бити услов Србији за чланство у Европској унији.
„Колико ја разумем, Србија има велики интерес да уђе у Европску унију, бар је то декларисана тежња. Нисам европски дипломата, али колико сам схватио из критеријума за чланство у Европској унији, мислим да би се у поглављу 35 од Србије тражило да призна Косово као независну државу као услов за улазак у ЕУ“, нагласио је Ховенијер.
Он је рекао да у потпуности верује у ЕУ, али да се још не зна процес и механизам кроз који ће, како је навео, Србија признати такозвано Косово.

Амерички амбасадор у Приштини изјавио је и да се о споразуму за Заједницу српских општина, који је потписан у Бриселу, не преговара, као и да се о најновијим тачкама француско-немачког предлога, који је сада назван „европски“, више не може преговарати и да је то званичан и потврђен став САД.
„Наш став је да је то постојећа обавеза, али и да би било добро за Косово. Одржао сам састанак са свим заинтересованим странама 31. јануара и чуо сам много различитих актера, али није било ниједног српског представника на том састанку који није изразио жељу да на овај или онај начин види оснивање Заједнице“, рекао је Ховенијер.
Он је додао да постоји много опција како би ЗСО могла да изгледа.

Нагласио је и да су САД јасне и да не верују да је примерено да такозвано Косово пристане на било шта што би било у супротности са уставом.
Он је рекао да су фокус и очекивања САД да се постигне договор у Охриду, након кога би све партије учествовале на априлским изборима на северу Косова и Метохије, укључујући и српске, али да избори морају бити демократски и безбедни за све учеснике.

Немам стомак ни да прочитам до краја , јер ме већ наслов нокаутирао . Овакву осионост и бахатост, овакво вербално насилништво може да изнедри једино нацистичка идеологија , ругло људског света чија је суштина уништавање и поништавање. Идеологија лишена најважнијег -ЉУДСКОСТИ. О томе ни мислити не треба. Све ово су јасни докази да нама Србима тамо место није.

Dear Jeff,
We have been informed that you have taken it upon yourself to create a document that will supposedly ‘normalize’ the relations between Serbs and Shqiptars from Kosovo and Metohija. Let me tell you right away that there has been too much fuss about these things for too long and that the real name should be used for your activities.
You did not have the opportunity to hear authentic Serbian voices, and you could not get acquainted with a genuine Serbian point of view. I will not repeat facts from recent history and the brutal bombing of Serbia. We know American interests; you don’t need to wrap them in cellophane. One famous Serbian proverb literally says – we didn’t suck the oars, either.
Please, do not worry about our membership in the EU; we will not be members of NATO, either. We all know that the so-called German/French proposal is an American ultimatum to chase a wild goose in the context of the situation in Ukraine. Therefore, attached is our Proposal for the essential autonomy of Shiptars in Serbia, which you supposedly stand for in the form of an independent state, and which is not against American interests, which we are aware of and must consider. However, the most important is our national interests, recognized by UN resolution 1244.
This Proposal is brief, but we can meet and explain more if you are interested. We already have a team (Mr ME, Mr Evs and Mr Zoca) prepared to present the Proposal to the interested parties, including American diplomats and the temporary authorities in Kosovo that exercise power in Kosovo under US instructions. Therefore, we look forward to seeing you soon and exchanging views equally.
So, the contents of the PROPOSAL for the essential autonomy of Shqiptars in Serbia:
1.Restitution of land and property confiscated and stolen by usurpers, from 1941 until now, to all individuals and the church.
2.The communist autonomous province of Kosovo-Metohija is abolished, and the Association of Shqiptars municipalities is formed (municipal borders will be determined by agreement, taking into account the movement of the population in the period 1945-2023).
3.Defense, foreign affairs and border service would be under the exclusive competence of the state of Serbia.
4.The community of Shqiptars municipalities would have its parliament, government and unique economic system.
5.Health, education and culture in that area would be under the jurisdiction of the ZŠO.
6.Serbs and Albanians would be free to live where they want, in the ZŠO or outside.
7.Shqiptars outside the ZŠO would pay taxes and communal duties like other citizens of Serbia. However, they would have the choice not to contribute to education and health (they could pay it to ZŠO), but then they would have to commercially pay for health services and education (e.g., studying) outside ZŠO.
8.Exploitation of coal, minerals and energy would be corporatized and registered in the state of Serbia.
9.Albanians employed in those corporations would pay income tax, contributions for schooling, health and (mandatory) pension, according to their choice, to ZŠO or the State of Serbia. Based on that choice, they would acquire certain rights (e.g., pensions, education and treatment).
10.Albanians would not be obliged to serve or contribute to the army. The ZŠO would have its police and judiciary up to the highest instance, which would be in the state of Serbia. All Serb men would be required to serve in the army (combat training) for three months for free, and individuals after that (including women in non-combat units) under a paid contract.
11.ZŠO would be regulated by the Serbian constitution and could have a similar act only for its territory.
12.ZŠO would organize its university teaching, and Shqiptars from ZŠO could study at Serbian universities as non-residents under commercial conditions.
13.ZŠO would collect taxes from businesses in its territory and own and maintain local infrastructure (roads, water supply, energy transmission, schools, hospitals) in that area.
14.Electricity production would be corporatized, and the retail price would be the same for everyone in Serbia, including ZŠO. ZŠO would collect tax on electricity and telecommunications transactions in its territory. The profits of state-owned corporations in the former province of K&M would be earmarked for the military and cutting-edge research.
15.ZŠO could transfer some responsibilities to the central government under commercial conditions (e.g., part of university teaching, energy development and strategic infrastructure), whereby those segments would have the same position as in the rest of Serbia.
16.Goods produced in Serbia (including ZŠO) would be freely sold throughout its territory.
17.ZŠO and companies registered in it could independently do business abroad and take commercial loans within the scope of their powers.
ZŠO could independently organize its Pride Parade (‘Shqippride’) even after the ban on its holding in the rest of Serbia.
19.Taxpayers who are 100% in the tax system of Serbia have the right to vote in elections and can be elected to all electoral positions in Serbia. However, Shqiptars in the ZŠO have only the right to vote and vote in the polls for ZŠO bodies.
20.The ZŠO would have original revenues from customs duties on equipment imported by companies in the ZŠO economy system. Also, all citizens of Serbia would have the option at the border to pay the customs duty to the State of Serbia or ZŠO.

На основу квалитета превода са српског на енглески, очигледно је да енглеским владаш одлично.
Можда сам ово поменуо раније, али фасцинантно је како неки људи дођу у енглеско говорно подручје са 20 и нешто година, неки чак и у школе иду, и након 20 – 30 година проведених у САД, Канади, итд. муче се да саставе пристојну реченицу а изговор им је тракторски. Не важи то само за наше људе, и доста других из источне Европе и нпр. Кинеза се тако мучи.
Са друге стране, неки моји сестрићи, братанице (између 20 и 30 година старости), и слично у Србији који нису никада живели нигде напољу, а многи од њих су слабо путовали уопште јер није било пара, говоре одличан амерички енглески. Комбинација ваљда Јутуба и рада са странцима у Србији. Један је рецимо након годину дана рада на техничкој подршци за америчку фирму, где по цео дан разговара са клијентима на енглеском, научио енгески тако добро да једва приметиш да му није матерњи језик. А његов рођени брат ништа.
